## About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous helpdesk or facilities administration experience who is confident using CAFM systems and thrives in a fast-paced environment., Previous experience in a Helpdesk Administrator, Facilities Administrator or similar role. Experience using a CAFM (Computer Aided Facilities Management) system. Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office. Excellent organisational and communication skills. Ability to prioritise workloads and work accurately under pressure. ## Description

* Raise, allocate and close planned and reactive maintenance jobs using a CAFM system.
 * Coordinate engineers and subcontractors to ensure work is completed efficiently.
 * Process service records, permits and related documentation.
 * Support resource planning and scheduling for planned and reactive works.
 * Arrange site access, including secure area access and parking for engineers and contractors.
 * Provide administrative support to the operational and technical teams.
 * Maintain accurate records and update internal systems.
 * Assist with general office administration and other duties as required.
