## About the Role

* Experience working in a 1st or 2nd Line IT Support role
 * Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows 10/11 & Active Directory
 * Understanding of networking fundamentals including DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and firewalls
 * Experience supporting cloud-based environments
 * Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
 * Excellent communication and customer-facing abilities
 * A passion for Cloud Infrastructure, Automation, and modern IT technologies
 * MSP experience is highly desirable but not essential

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to move beyond traditional service desk support and gain hands-on experience with Cloud Infrastructure, Automation, and modern Microsoft technologies. You'll work across a diverse range of client environments, supporting businesses of all sizes while building valuable technical experience every day.
