## About the Role

* Experience as a Head of Embedded Software, Head of Software, Software Development Manager or similar
 * Experience in some of the following technical areas Embedded Software, DSP, FPGA, and AI/ML

## Description

In this role as a Head of Embedded Software, you will be responsible for managing and growing a very technically capable team of engineers consisting of Embedded, DSP, FPGA, and AI/ML professionals. As a result you will be expected to train, develop and nurture the existing talent, as well as hire and onboard additional individuals where and when applicable to ensure deliverables are met. There will be the need to implement process improvements across the team, specifically with regards to the way the Software is developed and maintained.
