We do not offer visa sponsorships or accept Graduate or PSW Visas due to time limitations. ## Description As a Junior AI Engineer, you will support the design, development and deployment of AI-driven solutions that address real-world client challenges. Working closely with senior engineers, data scientists and consultants, you will contribute to projects across a range of industries, gaining hands-on experience in both technical delivery and client-facing work. You will assist in building, training and evaluating machine learning models, including data preparation, feature engineering and model testing. You will write clean, well-documented code and support the integration of AI solutions into existing systems and workflows. A key part of the role involves analysing data, identifying patterns and helping translate analytical insights into practical recommendations. Beyond technical delivery, you will play an active role in collaborative problem-solving. This includes participating in workshops, stand-ups and design discussions, and clearly communicating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. You will be expected to ask thoughtful questions, seek feedback and continuously develop your skills in a fast-paced consultancy environment. You will also support best practices around model governance, ethical AI and data security, ensuring solutions are robust, explainable and aligned with client and regulatory expectations.
