What We're Looking For Successful candidates will bring: * Strong technical leadership and mentoring capabilities. * Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. * A security-first approach to engineering and operations. * Experience balancing operational support with continuous improvement initiatives. * Strong documentation, governance and change management practices. * The ability to thrive within a collaborative, cross-functional team environment. * Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS or Google Cloud. * Relevant technical certifications across technologies such as Red Hat, Microsoft, Oracle, Kubernetes or Kafka. * Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electronic Engineering or a related discipline. ## Description We're seeking an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to join a highly skilled engineering team responsible for supporting and enhancing a business-critical, high-availability platform that operates as part of the UK's essential financial infrastructure. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a complex enterprise environment where reliability, security, automation, and continuous improvement are at the heart of everything.
