## About the Role

* Experience within a financial services consultancy, with a track record of delivering on client engagements.
 * Comfortable operating between business and technology, engaging stakeholders while working closely with technical teams.
 * Solid experience gathering and structuring requirements, with the flexibility to support both business analysis and project delivery.
 * Understanding of domains such as banking, capital markets, or insurance, and how data supports decision-making.
 * Practical experience with SQL, Python, or low-code tools, using them to support delivery rather than as a pure technical focus.
 * Able to manage priorities, take ownership, and adapt across different clients and engagements.
 * Naturally inquisitive, confident in asking questions and challenging thinking to add value.
 * Degree educated or equivalent experience, with project management exposure or certifications as a plus.

As we continue to grow our Data practice, we're looking for consultants who can span the spectrum from Data Management through using data as a tool to steer better decisions and outcomes.
