The role is responsible for all planning and communication with cross-functional teams ensuring complete readiness for NRO training. This leader is also responsible for executing Raising Cane's training standards within NROs, providing strategic support for wider training initiatives, assessing training requirements and opportunities, and supervising training development of Managers and Crewmembers.
