Bracknell Forest is looking for a dynamic and forward-thinking person to play a key role in our innovative Experts at Hand (E@H) service and contribute to the delivery of our ambitious SEND reform programme. ## Description As an Experts at Hand SEND Data Insight and Triage Coordinator, you will lead the Experts at Hand (E@H) triage function, providing high-quality performance insight and intelligence to ensure education settings can access timely and effective SEND support. Through robust analysis and reporting, you will equip senior leaders with the evidence and insights needed to inform strategic planning, enhance service delivery and improve outcomes for children and young people with SEND. You will be able to demonstrate relevant professional experience that has provided you with equivalent knowledge, skills and expertise. You will also be proficient in reporting and data visualisation tools, including Power BI and possess advanced Microsoft Excel skills, with experience of using pivot tables, complex formulas, Power Query or similar data preparation tools. We are looking for someone who is a confident user of Microsoft 365 applications, particularly Outlook, Teams, SharePoint and Word. With excellent interpersonal and communication skills, you will be able to build positive relationships and communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, with colleagues at all levels across the council, as well as external partners and stakeholders, including parent carers, education settings and other professionals. About the team... Experts at Hand (E@H) is an innovative, multi-disciplinary service being established in response to the Government's ambitious SEND reform agenda, which aims to increase the number of children and young people with SEND whose needs can be successfully met within their local education settings. The team brings together a range of specialist professionals, including Educational Psychologists, Occupational Therapists, Speech and Language Therapists, SEND Advisors and outreach staff from local specialist schools.
