## About the Role

* Strong commercial experience with GCP, particularly GKE.
 * Proven experience building and operating production Kubernetes platforms.
 * Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred).
 * CI/CD and automation experience.
 * Strong Linux and cloud networking knowledge.
 * Experience working within secure or regulated environments is highly desirable.

Clearance

 * Active SC Clearance preferred.

## Description

We're supporting a growing organisation delivering secure cloud platforms within a highly regulated environment and are looking for an experienced Senior GCP Cloud Engineer to join a major greenfield programme.

This is a hands-on role where you'll take ownership of cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes platforms and automation, helping build a secure, scalable platform from the ground up.
What you'll be doing

 * Designing and operating production-grade infrastructure on Google Cloud.
 * Building and managing Kubernetes (GKE) environments.
 * Developing Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
 * Owning CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
 * Implementing monitoring, observability and platform security.
 * Supporting distributed, high-assurance cloud environments.
