As a HR Reporting and Analytics Data Partner in the retail industry, you'll play a crucial role in providing insights and data-driven solutions to support the Human Resources team. Based in Welwyn Garden City, you'll ensure the smooth delivery of people analytics that inform key business decisions., As a People Reporting & Analytics Data Partner, you will be responsible for delivering insightful people metrics, dashboards and analysis that support strategic workforce planning and business performance. You will work closely with HR leaders and senior stakeholders, transforming complex data into clear, actionable insights that influence decision-making across the organisation., * Develop and deliver people analytics reports to support HR and business strategies.

 * Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs and provide actionable insights.
 * Maintain and improve data quality and integrity within HR systems.
 * Support the implementation of analytics tools and dashboards for key metrics tracking.
 * Identify trends and provide recommendations to address workforce challenges.
