* Hybrid Working - 3 to 4 Days Working From Home
 * Experience working in a 2nd Line IT Support role
 * Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows Server & Active Directory
 * Good networking knowledge including DNS, DHCP, VPNs, switching, routing, and firewalls
 * Experience supporting Cloud Infrastructure, ideally Microsoft Azure
 * Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
 * Excellent communication and customer-facing abilities
 * A passion for Cloud technologies and Cyber Security
 * MSP experience is highly desirable but not essential
