The existing platform has been in use for more than 25 years and is now undergoing a significant refresh and reimagining. This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role responsible for helping turn an established product into a modern, intuitive and scalable cloud-based solution. The successful candidate will work closely with engineering, product design and user research teams to define requirements, prioritise delivery and guide the product through a substantial period of change. This is primarily an execution and product-delivery role rather than a go-to-market position.
