This role sits at the intersection of AI strategy, go-to-market execution, and client transformation, with accountability for building executive relationships, shaping demand, and scaling adoption of AI-powered CX solutions. You will act as a thought leader and growth driver, partnering with sales, delivery, and Google stakeholders to originate opportunities, define AI-led CX strategies, and accelerate customer time-to-value.
