 * Ability to remain calm while handling several jobs and enquiries.
 * Reliable, punctual and willing to learn.
 * A degree or equivalent qualification in Business Management, Business Administration, Construction Management, would be advantageous.
 * Previous helpdesk, customer-service, scheduling, administration or facilities-management experience would be beneficial but is not essential, as training will be provided.
 * Romanian language skills are highly desirable because the position may involve communicating with Romanian-speaking engineers and operatives., The successful candidate must be able to commute reliably to the office and work the full Monday-to-Friday office schedule.

## Description

* Answering incoming telephone calls and emails from clients.
 * Logging new maintenance requests accurately.
 * Raising jobs and work orders on client and company systems.
 * Reviewing the nature and urgency of maintenance requests.
 * Allocating jobs to the appropriate engineers and subcontractors.
 * Confirming appointments and attendance arrangements.
 * Providing clients with progress updates.
 * Chasing engineers for job reports, photographs and completion information.
 * Monitoring outstanding and overdue jobs.
 * Updating job records and client portals.
 * Checking that reports and documents are complete before jobs are closed.
 * Communicating professionally with clients, engineers, suppliers and subcontractors.
 * Escalating urgent issues to the operations team.
 * Supporting the wider office team with general administrative duties.
