## Description

As an IT Support Analyst in Woking, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of technology systems within the leisure, travel and tourism industry. Your day-to-day will involve resolving technical issues, maintaining systems, and supporting staff to keep everything running seamlessly., * Provide first and second-line IT support to staff, resolving technical issues efficiently.

 * Monitor and maintain IT systems, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
 * Assist with hardware and software installations, updates, and troubleshooting.
 * Work closely with the technology team to escalate and resolve complex issues.
 * Document IT processes and maintain accurate records of support activities.
 * Support the implementation of new technologies and system upgrades.
