## About the Role

* Strong commercial experience in BI Governance, Data Governance or Controls.
 * Experience working within enterprise governance or assurance frameworks.
 * Knowledge of risk, audit and compliance processes.
 * Experience defining and embedding testing and release standards.
 * Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
 * Experience working with Business Intelligence platforms such as Power BI or Looker.
 * Ability to translate governance requirements into practical delivery processes.

IT WOULD BE NICE TO HAVE...

 * Experience working across cross-functional teams in complex organisations.
 * Experience within financial services or another highly regulated industry.
 * Exposure to AI Governance or Generative AI initiatives.
 * Knowledge of service management or operational governance models.

BI Analyst / Data Governance / AI Governance / Power BI / Looker / Risk & Controls / Audit / Business Intelligence, You'll play a key role in establishing and embedding governance standards that support the safe, scalable and compliant delivery of AI-driven Business Intelligence solutions. Working closely with technology, delivery, risk and audit teams, you'll help define testing frameworks, release processes and operational controls that enable innovation while maintaining strong governance.
