This role involves managing and coordinating support tickets through ServiceNow (SNOW), determining whether issues can be resolved internally or need to be escalated to the services, application, or networking teams. They will be coordinating with service providers and internal teams to schedule hardware and software fixed and managing ticket delegations. This person will provide software support for Canon enterprise printers by manage and coordinating approximately 150 support tickets per week. To do this, they will utilize ServiceNow to track and resolve issues and collaborate with various teams to ensure timely resolution of support tickets.
