This position supports DHA Medical Treatment Facilities and is responsible for addressing network outages and issues. The Infrastructure Support Engineer will support internal and external customers and engage with them frequently. They are responsible for identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving network issues. Roles & Responsibilities: * Troubleshooting and resolving network issues in a timely manner with a variety of different network devices and protocols. * Working in a team setting and making recommendations related to troubleshooting, device configuration, and documentation. * Effectively Interacting with multiple customers on a daily basis.
