Maintain network documentation, diagrams, standards, operational procedures, and configuration records to support operational excellence and knowledge sharing. Perform network maintenance, upgrades, patching, lifecycle refreshes, and change management activities with minimal business disruption. Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to implement secure network architecture, access controls, vulnerability remediation, and compliance requirements. Partner with vendors, managed service providers, project managers, and cross-functional IT teams to deliver network projects and resolve technical issues. Support disaster recovery, business continuity, and resiliency planning for critical network services. Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements that increase reliability, scalability, automation, security, and cost effectiveness.
