We are seeking an experienced and driven Full Stack Developer with a strong background in the telecommunications and networking domain. This is an urgent, on-site (5 days a week) role located in Middletown, NJ.

Candidates must possess hands-on expertise in modern cloud platforms, backend architecture, and full-stack development.  * Backend Development: Strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot.
 * Architecture: Deep understanding and hands-on experience designing and building Microservices.
 * Cloud Platforms: Proficient in both AWS and Azure cloud services and deployments.
 * Full Stack Capabilities: Experience bridging frontend technologies with robust backend architectures.
 * Work Arrangement: Ability to work on-site 5 days a week in Middletown, NJ.

* Design, develop, and deploy scalable full-stack applications tailored to telecommunications and networking infrastructure.
 * Build robust backend services, APIs, and microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
 * Architect and manage cloud-native solutions across AWS and Azure environments.
 * Collaborate with cross-functional network engineering and product teams to integrate software solutions with telecom systems.
 * Ensure high performance, security, and scalability of distributed microservices architecture.
 * Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance throughout the software development lifecycle.
