* Bachelor's level degree in an Engineering discipline and 7 years of professional experience in systems engineering.

 * US with a DoD Secret clearance or able to obtain a DoD secret.

 * Experience using NAVWAR software related procedures on submarines, surface, or shore installations.
\n

 * Experience in submarine software installations or installation of networked systems on Navy platforms.
\n

 * Experience using the PEO C4I AI process in lab environments in support of submarines or surface ships.
\n, * Familiarity with CANES (AN/USQ-208), SubLAN (AN/USQ-177), ADNS, and Tactical Networks Next (TN Next Gen) architectures and modernization roadmaps across SSN, SSBN, and SSGN platforms.

 * Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
\n

 * Proficient in Microsoft Applications.
\n
