## About the Role

We are looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, enjoys solving complex technical challenges, and has a passion for big data, distributed computing, and cloud-based software development. This position offers the opportunity to lead development efforts, contribute to innovative solutions, and make a direct impact on high-priority mission objectives., * Due to the nature of this position and the information that employees will be required to access; U.S. Citizenship is required.

 * Active TS/SCI w/ polygraph
 * 14+ years of professional Software Engineering (SWE) experience supporting programs and contracts of similar scope, complexity, and mission-critical requirements.
 * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline from an accredited college or university. An additional four (4) years of relevant Software Engineering experience supporting similar software development processes may be substituted in lieu of a degree.
 * Hands-on experience with one or more of the following big data and analytics technologies:

 * Apache Spark

 * MapReduce

 * SQL and/or NoSQL databases

 * Python data analysis libraries, including Pandas, NumPy, and SciPy
 * Experience developing scalable, high-performance analytics applications capable of processing large volumes of data in cloud or distributed computing environments.
 * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to design, develop, test, and maintain complex software solutions in a collaborative, Agile development environment., May be required to lift and carry items weighting up to 25 lbs. Requires intermittent standing, walking, sitting, squatting, stretching and bending throughout the workday., Successful Completion of a Background Screening/Check/Investigation will be required as a condition of hire.

In this role, you'll design, develop, and optimize high-performance analytics solutions that process large-scale data in cloud environments. Working alongside software and systems engineers, you will build scalable applications, develop complex algorithms and database solutions, troubleshoot and enhance existing software, and help deliver mission-critical capabilities.
