The work will be conducted at the Naval Information Warfare Center, Pacific (NIWC PAC) San Diego, CA, Old Town Center and remotely on SIPRNet. The SAIC Team provides a full range of engineering, technical support, management, training, and logistics services in support of the Messaging programs.
