## About the Role

Education: A Computer Science degree or an equivalent technical degree is required.

Experience: 2-5 years of relevant experience is required.

Preferred Qualifications

## Description

We are seeking a Software Development Engineer for a Content Platform team. This role serves as first-level support and development for incoming production software application issues related to merchandising applications. The solutions developed will have a direct impact on customers. This position offers an opportunity to expand coding skills and gain exposure to a wide variety of software applications., * Develop monitoring solutions for production software applications.

 * Troubleshoot, debug, and implement fixes for internally developed code.
 * Perform SQL queries to analyze and resolve issues.
 * Improve systems that gather metrics on software features.
 * Update, track, and resolve technical challenges.
 * Work alongside development on corporate and divisional software projects.
 * Update and enhance current software.
 * Automate support processes and document systems.
