## About the Role

* Hands-on experience configuring and developing on the ServiceNow platform.
 * Strong knowledge of JavaScript and ServiceNow development frameworks.
 * Experience with workflow automation, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, and UI policies.
 * Familiarity with REST/SOAP integrations and JSON/XML data structures.
 * Understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, etc.).
 * Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in an Agile environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

 * Strong ServiceNow HR development.
 * ServiceNow CSA certification.
 * ServiceNow certifications such as CAD, CIS (ITSM/HRSD/ITOM/CMDB/etc.).
 * Experience with ServiceNow ATF, Integration Hub, and Scoped Applications.
 * Background in developing enterprise applications or supporting large-scale ITSM programs.
 * Knowledge of ServiceNow security and role-based access controls (RBAC).
 * Experience with DevOps practices, Git, CI/CD pipelines, or automated testing.

## Description

* Designing and developing solutions including forms, workflows, business rules, client scripts, and integrations
 * Configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules based on business and technical requirements
 * Building and maintaining integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and Integration Hub
 * Troubleshooting platform defects and performing root cause analysis
 * Supporting upgrades and ensuring platform compatibility
 * Creating technical documentation including design specs, test plans, and release notes
