* 8+ years in analytics engineering, data engineering, or data science
 * Proven ability to own medium large projects endtoend with minimal guidance
 * Clear track record delivering production, businesscritical data products

Core Technical Skills

 * Advanced SQL (Presto/Hive or equivalent)
 * Strong Python (pandas, NumPy; production-grade usage)
 * Hands-on experience building and maintaining scalable ETL/ELT pipelines
 * Data modeling & warehouse design (dimensional models, star/snowflake schemas, Databricks or similar)

Analytics & Statistics

 * Practical application of statistical methods (regression, hypothesis testing, time series)
 * Experience conducting root-cause analysis and quantifying business impact
 * Ability to synthesize analysis into clear, executive-ready insights

Business & Communication

 * More important than ANY tech chops:
 * EXCELLENT communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
 * Experience partnering closely with Operations / Finance / Planning Managers
 * Fluent in translating ambiguous business needs into reliable data solutions

Eligibility / Logistics:

 * Onsite or hybrid in Sunnyvale preferred; remote only with outstanding communication + 8+ years experience
 * Strong stakeholder communication skills are essential.
