A strong backend engineer with proven experience designing scalable , event-driven architectures and structuring well-modeled databases,
and the ability to defend your decisions, not just implement.
Engineering leadership:
Influencing technical roadmaps, setting standards, and mentoring other engineers.
AWS expertise,
especiallyfor
event-driven, serverless architectures, Lambda,
messaging/eventing (EventBridge, SQS), API layers, and data stores such as RDS (PostgreSQL), etc.
Comfortable and productive in a
React / Next.js frontend.
A genuine owner:
you take a problem from an ambiguous idea to a shipped product and you're comfortable adapting as priorities shift with demand in a fast-growing startup.
You already
use AI in your daily engineering flow
and have opinions about where it helps and where it doesn't.
Fluent in Spanish and English (Mandatory)
Experience building
LLM-based agents, skills, and rules , or developer tooling and orchestrating them into real workflows.
Experience working with
design systems.
Early-stage / startup experience where you wore many hats.
