## About the Role

Solving complex business problems at large scale.
Participating in cross?functional initiatives and collaborating across various domains.
Interacting with specialists, product/project managers, and partners from all over the world.
To qualify for the role, you must have

 - 8+ years of professional, hands?on experience building complex solutions
 - 3+ years working in an architect role, including designing and building complex data solutions
 - 4+ years of experience in Databricks, including areas such as engineering, governance, and security
 - 3+ years' experience with Azure or AWS cloud products and services
 - Proficiency in SQL, Python, and PySpark
 - Knowledge of Databricks novelties such as Lakebridge, Lakeflow, Lakebase, Agent Bricks, etc.
 - Ability to facilitate design discussions and communicate architectural decisions
 - Experience creating reliable solution plans in cooperation with business and multidisciplinary teams, including cost estimation and delivery approaches
 - Demonstrated strategic thinking through research of client inquiries and emerging issues related to regulations, industry practice, and new application technologies
 - Experience using Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
Ideally, you'll also have

 - Strong understanding and experience with design techniques of relational databases
 - Experience with real?time data processing and data warehousing aggregation
