## About the Role

We are looking for an experienced IT support professional with:

 * 3+ years' experience in an IT support or infrastructure role.
 * Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
 * A customer-focused approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
 * A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Experience with the following technologies is required:

 * Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, Networking, and VPNs.
 * Remote Desktop Services, Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, and Defender.

Experience with firewalls, switches, servers, storage, virtualisation, and Microsoft certifications (AZ-900/AZ-104) would be advantageous. Knowledge of mobile devices and Mac, iOS, Android, or Linux environments would also be beneficial.

## Description

We are seeking a Helpdesk Infrastructure Engineer to join a supportive and forward-thinking IT team. This is an excellent opportunity for an IT professional to expand their technical knowledge while working with a diverse range of systems, customers, and technologies.
The successful candidate will provide day-to-day technical support, helping customers resolve issues and ensuring their IT environments continue to operate effectively. The role will cover a variety of technologies, including Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server, networking, and cloud-based solutions.
The position will involve delivering support remotely, with occasional travel to customer locations to assist with on-site technical requirements., * Provide IT support by phone, email, and remote access.

 * Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
 * Support customer computers, servers, networks, and cloud systems.
 * Install and configure hardware and software.
 * Maintain accurate records of work completed.
 * Create and update technical documentation.
 * Carry out occasional on-site customer support.
