## About the Role

* Previous experience as a Systems Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or Technical Business Analyst.
 * Strong requirements gathering and business process analysis skills.
 * Experience working with a range of stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams.
 * Knowledge of systems implementation and change projects.
 * Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
 * Experience producing process maps, specifications, and documentation.
 * Familiarity with tools such as SQL, Power BI, Dynamics 365, Salesforce, SharePoint, Jira, or similar business systems would be advantageous.
 * Understanding of Agile and/or Waterfall delivery methodologies.
 * Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
 * A proactive approach to continuous improvement and service enhancement.

## Description

* Support the delivery of the organisation's IT and systems roadmap.
 * Gather and document business and system requirements from stakeholders.
 * Analyse existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
 * Translate business needs into practical technical solutions.
 * Work closely with operational teams, data teams, suppliers, and external partners.
 * Support the delivery of both large-scale system projects and smaller change initiatives.
 * Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to understand requirements.
 * Contribute to system implementation, testing, and continuous improvement activities.
 * Ensure systems remain user-focused, fit for purpose, and aligned to organisational priorities.
