 * Security Risk Assessment
 * Vulnerability Management
 * Security Controls and Governance

Experience securing enterprise platforms and infrastructure
Ability to work independently and operate as a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Desirable Skills

 * Platform Security expertise
 * Cloud Security (AWS, Azure or GCP)
 * SIEM and Security Operations Centre (SOC) experience
 * DevSecOps practices
 * Infrastructure as Code security
 * Incident Response and Threat Hunting
 * Knowledge of UK Government security standards and frameworks

## Description

* Design, build and implement secure enterprise architectures and security controls
 * Protect systems, applications, data, infrastructure and business processes from cyber threats
 * Conduct security assessments, audits and vulnerability reviews
 * Develop and maintain security monitoring and detection capabilities using Splunk
 * Investigate security events and provide recommendations for remediation
 * Work closely with engineering, operations and architecture teams to embed security-by-design principles
 * Support platform security initiatives across cloud and on-premises environments
 * Contribute to technical discussions and provide solutions to complex security challenges
 * Stay up to date with emerging threats, vulnerabilities and security technologies
