 * Deliver actionable insights that support strategic decision-making and improve business performance.
 * Partner with Marketing and Customer Experience teams to develop customer segmentation models and targeted engagement strategies.
 * Measure and evaluate the impact of data-led initiatives on customer experience and revenue growth.
 * Develop data products and self-service insight solutions that enable data-driven decision-making across the business.
 * Analyse customer, sentiment and operational data to identify key drivers of performance.
 * ·Apply data science and machine learning techniques to support forecasting, optimisation and automation opportunities.
