 * Strong hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF)
 * Lead end-to-end ADF setup and migration activities
 * Experience migrating from legacy ETL tools to ADF
 * Strong knowledge of Azure services (ADLS, Azure SQL, Optional, Synapse)
