 * Ausgeprägte analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten sowie hohe Problemlösungskompetenz
 * Selbstständige, strukturierte und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
 * Kommunikationsstärke sowie die Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte verständlich zu vermitteln
 * Hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Eigeninitiative und Teamfähigkeit

## Description

* Betreuung, Administration und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung eines modernen ERP-Systems
 * Ansprechpartner für AnwenderInnen, Key User und Fachbereiche bei allen system- und prozessbezogenen Fragestellungen
 * Analyse, Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung von Geschäftsprozessen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachabteilungen
 * Mitwirkung beim Change-, Release- und Testmanagement sowie Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Systembetriebs
 * Durchführung von Performanceanalysen sowie Erstellung und Auswertung spezifischer Berichte und Kennzahlen
 * Unterstützung bei der Planung und Umsetzung von IT- und Digitalisierungsprojekten
 * Koordination externer Dienstleister und Softwarepartner
 * Durchführung von Anwenderschulungen und Erstellung von Dokumentationen
