## About the Role

* Abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-) Informatik oder Ingenieurwesen, alternativ Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker (m/w/d) in der IT-Administration oder Systemtechnik
 * Mindestens 2-3-jährige Berufserfahrung mit SAP Basistätigkeiten innerhalb eines Unternehmens oder durch eine Beratungstätigkeit erforderlich :
 * Erfahrung in der Systemintegration erforderlich
 * Know-How in der Verwaltung von Transporten und dem Übertragen von Änderungen in verschiedene SAP-Systeme
 * Wissen im Umgang mit der Datensicherung, Systemwiederherstellung und Backup-Strategien innerhalb eines SAP-Systems
 * Praktische Erfahrung im Lösen von SAP-spezifischen Problemen wie Performance-Problemen, Systemabstürzen oder Fehlern im Berechtigungsmanagement
 * Erfahrung in der Installation und Konfiguration von SAP-Systemen (z.B. SAP S/4HANA)
 * Sichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
 * Reisebereitschaft für die Teilnahme an regelmäßigen projektbezogenen Team-Meetings & Workshops im Headquarter in Haren (Ems): momentan alle zwei Wochen von Dienstag bis Donnerstag

## Description

* Sicherstellung des reibungslosen Betriebs sowie Monitoring und Performance-Optimierung der SAP-Systeme
 * Hauptansprechpartner (m/w/d) sowie Steuerung des SAP Supports (ECS)
 * Verwaltung, Erstellung und Konfiguration von SAP Mandanten
 * Technische Einbindung weiterer Module und SAP Funktionalitäten in die SAP Landschaft (S/4HANA & SAP Cloud-Lösungen)
 * Koordination externer Dienstleister und Unterstützung bei Projekten
 * Dokumentation aller technischen Prozesse (bspw. Joberstellung), Systemeinstellungen und Betriebsinformationen
 * Einrichtung der Systeme/Mandanten nach Projektanforderungen, z. B. Einrichtung einer zentralen Jobsteuerung und Überwachung der Jobs, Schaffung von Voraussetzungen auf der BTP für DMS-Anbindungen sowie Einrichtung eines Mailversandsystems in Zusammenarbeit mit der Infrastruktur
 * Release and Deployment Management inkl. Installation, Konfiguration, Upgrades und Patches
