## About the Role

* Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Elektrotechnik, Leistungselektronik, Mechatronik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
 * Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Entwicklung leistungselektronischer Systeme
 * Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Entwicklung von Stromversorgungen, Invertern, Wandlern oder elektrischen Antriebssystemen
 * Erfahrung in der analogen und digitalen Schaltungsentwicklung
 * Kenntnisse in der Simulation mit LTspice, PLECS, MATLAB/Simulink oder vergleichbaren Entwicklungswerkzeugen
 * Erfahrung im EMV-gerechten Schaltungsdesign sowie in der thermischen Auslegung elektronischer Systeme
 * Kenntnisse relevanter Luftfahrtstandards und Entwicklungsprozesse sind von Vorteil
 * Analytische, strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
 * Teamfähigkeit sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit
 * Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

## Description

* Entwicklung und Auslegung von leistungselektronischen Baugruppen und Systemen für Anwendungen in der Luftfahrt
 * Entwicklung von AC/DC-, DC/DC- und DC/AC-Wandlern, Invertern sowie Energieversorgungssystemen
 * Auswahl, Auslegung und Dimensionierung elektronischer Bauteile wie IGBTs, MOSFETs sowie SiC- und GaN-Leistungshalbleiter
 * Simulation analoger und leistungselektronischer Schaltungen mit LTspice, PLECS, MATLAB/Simulink oder vergleichbaren Entwicklungswerkzeugen
 * Entwicklung und Optimierung von Regelungs- und Steuerungskonzepten für elektrische Antriebssysteme und Energieversorgungseinheiten
 * Erstellung von Schaltplänen, technischen Spezifikationen und Entwicklungsdokumentationen
 * Durchführung von Design Reviews sowie Unterstützung bei FMEA-, FMEDA- und Zuverlässigkeitsanalysen
 * Planung und Durchführung von Inbetriebnahmen, Laborversuchen sowie Qualifikations- und Umwelttests
 * Optimierung hinsichtlich Wirkungsgrad, EMV, thermischem Verhalten und Zuverlässigkeit
 * Integration leistungselektronischer Systeme in komplexe Luftfahrtsysteme
 * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Bereichen Hardware-, Software-, Mechanik-, System- und Testentwicklung
 * Betreuung und Abstimmung mit externen Entwicklungs- und Fertigungspartnern
