* Administration, Betrieb und Weiterentwicklung der MDM-Infrastruktur
 * Windows: Microsoft ECM Infrastruktur
 * IOS: IVANTI MobilIron (IVANTI) Infrastruktur
 * Planung, Erstellung und fortwährende Pflege von Softwarepaketen sowie deren Bereitstellung / automatisierte Verteilung
 * Steuerung von Patch- und Update-Management für Clients, Server und Smartphones
 * Erstellung und Pflege von Betriebssystem-Deployments und Bereitstellung automatisierter Installationsprozesse
 * Überwachung der MDM-Umgebungen
 * Behebung von Störungen in Bezug auf das Betriebssystem-/ Softwaredeployment
 * Erstellung von Reports, Abfragen und Auswertungen zur System- und Softwareverteilung
 * Dokumentation der Systemarchitektur, Konfigurationen und Betriebsprozesse sowie Zusammenarbeit mit anderen IT-Bereichen
