## About the Role

* You must already be living in Großköllnbach or the surrounding area.
 * A valid driver's license is required.
 * German proficiency at B2 level or higher is required.
 * Experience with virtualization technologies such as Proxmox and container platforms such as Docker.
 * Experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Active Directory.
 * Knowledge of networking, firewalls, VPNs, and endpoint security.

Nice to Have

 * Experience with monitoring, logging, or automation tools.
 * Knowledge of AWS or Microsoft Azure.
 * Experience with Sophos Firewall or similar solutions.
 * Familiarity with PKI and certificate management.
 * Experience with SharePoint, Atlassian products, or similar collaboration tools.

## Description

We're looking for an IT Administrator to manage and further develop a modern hybrid IT environment. You'll work with Windows and Linux servers, virtualization technologies, Microsoft 365 services, networking, and cloud solutions while helping maintain a reliable and secure IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

 * Administer and maintain the company's hybrid IT infrastructure.
 * Manage Linux and Windows Server environments.
 * Support Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Active Directory.
 * Maintain network, firewall, and VPN infrastructure.
 * Implement and improve IT security measures.
 * Manage backup, recovery, and monitoring solutions.
 * Troubleshoot infrastructure and system issues.
 * Support continuous improvements across the IT environment.
