 * Vendor-Management sowie Zusammenarbeit mit SAP und Cloud-Dienstleistern zur Optimierung der Systemarchitektur
 * Analyse und Behebung von Störungen im 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support sowie Verantwortung für System Landscape Maintenance und System-Refreshes
 * Weiterentwicklung des Application Lifecycle Managements, Implementierung von Patch- und Sicherheitsmanagement nach ITIL-Standards sowie Sicherstellung der Compliance in der RISE-Umgebung
 * Aufbau und Betreuung der SAP BTP-Accountstrukturen, Services und Connectivity
