## Description

Du hast die ersten eigenen Projekte gebaut. Nicht perfekt, aber echt. Du hast mit Claude Code, Codex oder anderen AI-Tools experimentiert und gemerkt: So wird Softwareentwicklung in Zukunft aussehen.

Während andere Unternehmen noch diskutieren, ob AI ins Engineering gehört, arbeiten wir schon damit. Jeden Tag.

Agentic Coding ist bei uns kein Experiment und kein internes Innovationsprojekt. Es ist die Art, wie wir Software entwickeln. Du arbeitest von Anfang an mit erfahrenen Entwicklern zusammen, lernst in echten Kundenprojekten und bekommst Einblicke, die an vielen Orten heute noch Zukunftsmusik sind.
