## Description

+ Aufnahme von Benutzerproblemen und eigenständige Problemlösung im Bereich First & Second Level-Support durch Problemanalyse, Klassifizierung und Dokumentation im Ticketsystem
 + Durchführung von Fernwartungen, Wartungs- und Reparatureinsätzen vor Ort an den betreuten Schulen in der Stadt Tornesch
 + Installation von Standardtechnologie
 + Benutzerverwaltung und Rechtevergabe
 + Einrichtung, Wartung und Pflege der VPN-Zugänge
 + Unterstützung bei Projektdurchführungen
 + Pflege und Betreuung weiterer IT-Komponenten (z.B. interaktive Tafeln, WLAN-Infrastrukturen)
 + Betreuung des Mobile Device Managementsystems
 + Einrichtung und Pflege von Mobilen Endgeräten
 + Unterstützung der Anwender, Support, Schulungen
