## About the Role

* You have completed a degree in a relevant field.
 * You have 5+ years of practical experience in building various cloud-based CRM solutions and experience with Salesforce. (In general, we are also open for other experience levels)
 * You have led workshops or presentations in front of business stakeholders and are comfortable owning the client relationship, not just the build.
 * You are a certified Salesforce Admin. (Other certifications like Sales Consultant, Service Consultant, Marketing Cloud, CPQ are a plus)
 * You have excellent analytical skills, problem-solving skills, and team spirit.
 * You are fluent in English. (German is a plus)

## Description

* You will analyze existing Salesforce systems and deduction of best practice recommendations to make Orgs more efficient.
 * You are responsible for the preparation and implementation of workshops with new customers, as well as for further training and support after project completion.
 * You can be the owner of an implementation project, from analysis to delivery.
 * You acquire new clients and take ownership of the successful delivery of client projects.
 * You act as the main point of contact for the customer throughout the project, understanding their business context and building the relationship that leads to follow-on work.
 * As part of the design & scoping phase, you will take over the scoping of Salesforce projects with subsequent presentation to customers.
 * You implement tailored solutions for our customers - from start-ups to scale-ups and medium-sized companies, and take over the quality assurance of ongoing projects.
 * You will facilitate training measures for the internal Salesforce Consulting teams.
 * You are continuously involved in further training and certifications in the Salesforce area.
