5+ years of hands?on experience in Microsoft 365 engineering and administration within large enterprises.
Proven expertise in Exchange Online, Exchange Hybrid, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
Strong knowledge of Azure AD Connect, Entra ID, and hybrid identity management.
Solid understanding of M365 licensing models, governance, and app integration.
Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and configuration management.
Experience with Microsoft Purview, Defender, and Security & Compliance Center (preferred).
Experience with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps).
Strong understanding of DNS, TCP/IP, and network security principles.
Background in hybrid deployment, migration strategies, and enterprise?level support.
Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
