 * Must have at least 5 years of experience providing configuration management, planning and estimating and commitment tracking support for a submarine Program Office.
\n

## Description

* Provide technical analysis and program/project management support for the development of life-cycle strategies, requirements, work statements, technical papers/presentations pertinent to ECIs, SHIPALTs, TEMPALTs, SUBSAFE and DSS-SOC documentation.
\n

 * Serve as the Configuration Manager implementing and maintaining processes for configuration management and document controls, deviation/departure tracking and management, and schedule/milestone establishment and tracking.
\n

 * Coordinate and participate in program and technical status meetings/reviews, developing inputs, documenting proceedings, and tracking action items.
\n

 * Perform significant engineering drawing and technical research, verification. and resolution services to accurately verify configuration and technical data.
\n

 * Provide planning and estimating services to validate engineering estimates for purchasing and rough order of magnitude (ROM) preparations.
