Agent guide: [/agents.md](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/agents.md). --- # Finance Systems & AI Implementation Manager - **Company:** DriveNets Ltd. - **Location:** United States - **Experience:** Expert - **Contract:** Permanent contract - **Skills:** Artificial Intelligence, Microsoft Azure, Spreadsheets, Information Systems, Data Integration, Automation of Marketing, Netsuite, Procurement Software, Salesforce.Com, SQL Databases, Data Streaming, Systems Integration, Enterprise Data Management, Scripting, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, Generative AI, Suitescript, Information Technology, Tools for Reporting, Api Design - **Published:** August 5, 2026 - **Apply:** https://drivenets.com/job/?id=B5.F62 ## About the Role Technical Skills * 7+ years of experience implementing or improving Finance systems and processes * Strong hands-on NetSuite implementation and configuration experience * Demonstrated experience translating accounting and Finance requirements into working system solutions * Practical experience automating Finance or accounting processes * Strong understanding of core accounting processes, financial reporting, internal controls, and financial data * Experience leading implementation projects end-to-end - requirements gathering, process design, testing, UAT, deployment, documentation, and user training * Hands-on experience implementing AI, Generative AI, or advanced workflow-automation solutions in a business environment * Experience working with APIs, data integrations, or automation platforms * Familiarity with SQL, data models, BI tools, or scripting languages * Understanding of AI agents, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, and secure access to enterprise data is an advantage * Experience with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or similar platforms is an advantage * Experience with SuiteFlow, SuiteAnalytics, SuiteTalk, or SuiteScript is an advantage * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field * CPA, MBA, NetSuite certification, or relevant systems and AI certifications are an advantage Soft Skills * Ability to work directly with Finance users and independently drive solutions from concept through implementation * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project-management skills * Excellent communication skills and the ability to bridge Finance and technology teams * Ability to identify appropriate Finance use cases for AI and convert them into practical, controlled solutions Nice to Have / Advantage * Experience working within a corporate Finance organization or implementing solutions directly for Finance teams * Experience in a technology, manufacturing, inventory-based, or multinational company * Experience with inventory accounting, standard costing, intercompany processes, and multi-subsidiary ERP environments * Experience integrating NetSuite with CRM, CPQ, procurement, banking, or planning systems ## Description * Partner with Accounting, FP&A, Procurement, and other Finance stakeholders to understand business requirements and operational challenges * Analyze existing Finance processes, identify gaps and manual activities, and design scalable solutions * Translate Finance requirements into system configurations, workflows, controls, reports, and automation * Lead implementation projects from requirements definition and solution design through testing, UAT, deployment, and adoption * Ensure implemented solutions support accounting requirements, internal controls, data accuracy, and audit readiness * Document implemented processes, system logic, controls, and user procedures * Serve as Finance's hands-on NetSuite implementation expert - designing and implementing configurations, workflows, saved searches, reports, dashboards, roles, and approval processes * Improve the use of NetSuite across Finance and reduce reliance on spreadsheets and manual work * Support the implementation of new NetSuite modules and functionality, coordinating system changes and integrations with internal stakeholders and external implementation partners * Lead testing, UAT, issue resolution, and user training for Finance-related system changes * Identify practical opportunities to use AI and automation across Finance;
