Provision AMIs, perform software installations, troubleshooting and maintenance. * Assist with research and implementation of enterprise-wide cybersecurity solutions/capabilities/enhancements to support customer business/mission goals and objectives. * Evaluate and recommend changes and/or technology upgrades to address performance, standardization and industry best practices * Provide specific, detailed information for hardware and software selection, implementation techniques, and tools for the most efficient solution to meet business needs, including present and future capacity requirements.
