 * Deliver Tier 3 technical support and problem resolution across enterprise client and server devices., * Provide implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance support for IT systems.
 * Manage system operations, monitoring, and problem resolution for client, server, storage, and mobile devices.
 * Administer large software deployments on LINUX/UNIX systems and clustered storage solutions such as Ceph.
 * Utilize Kubernetes for container orchestration and Puppet or Ansible for system configuration management.
 * Manage Tier 3 troubleshooting and status escalation to agency management and internal customers.
