The ideal candidate is an experienced Agile practitioner with strong facilitation, coaching, and communication skills who can effectively guide teams through Agile transformation., * Minimum of 5 years of Agile/Scrum experience serving as a Scrum Master. * Experience standing up new Agile teams, including teams with limited Agile maturity. * Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) certification required. * Experience with Agile delivery and work management tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps (ADO), with Azure DevOps preferred. * Strong facilitation, coaching, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications * Advanced Certified ScrumMaster (A-CSM) or Professional Scrum Master II (PSM II) certification. * Experience supporting enterprise Agile transformations. * Experience writing user stories, personas, and acceptance criteria using Gherkin. * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. * Experience gathering and analyzing business requirements. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications., * Facilitation and conflict resolution * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Organizational and time management skills * Critical thinking and problem solving * Adaptability and continuous learning * Ability to influence without direct authority * Self-motivated, collaborative, and results-oriented * Strong attention to quality and delivery excellence ## Description We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile teams in delivering high-quality technology solutions while fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and accountability.
