## About the Role

* 5+ years of HRIS experience, including significant hands-on Workday HCM experience
 * Strong expertise supporting and maintaining Workday Business Processes in a production environment
 * Deep understanding of Workday core HCM data structures, organizational structures, and master data management
 * Experience supporting HR operations, employee lifecycle processes, and workforce administration
 * Advanced knowledge of Workday reporting, dashboards, analytics, and self-service functionality
 * Proven ability to work directly with HR leadership and business stakeholders
 * Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities
 * Ability to function independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
 * Desired Qualifications:
 * Experience supporting large enterprise Workday environments
 * Exposure to Workday modules such as Talent, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, Payroll, or Absence Management
 * Experience participating in Workday releases, UAT, and change management efforts
 * Previous consulting experience supporting multiple clients or business units

## Description

* Own and maintain Workday Business Process workflows across core HR functions
 * Manage Workday master data, security-related business process routing, and data integrity activities
 * Partner with HR, Talent, Benefits, Payroll, and business stakeholders to support operational and strategic initiatives
 * Analyze and resolve complex Workday functional issues and process exceptions
 * Configure, test, and support business process enhancements and system changes
 * Develop and maintain self-service reporting, dashboards, and workforce analytics
 * Support Workday releases, testing cycles, and continuous improvement initiatives
 * Drive adoption of Workday self-service capabilities and best practices across the organization
 * Ensure compliance with data governance and HR operational standards
 * Perform other duties, as needed
