* Zentrale Ansprechperson für alle IT-Themen am Standort sowie Schnittstelle zur IT am Hauptstandort
 * Unterstützung bei der Einrichtung, dem Anschluss und der Inbetriebnahme von Endgeräten
 * Durchführung einfacher Netzwerkverkabelungen und technischer Anschlussarbeiten
 * Betreuung der IT-Arbeitsplätze und Unterstützung der Mitarbeitenden bei allen IT-Fragen
 * Bearbeitung von IT-Anfragen und Störungen über das Ticketsystem
 * Begleitung von IT-seitigen Umzügen, Installationen und weiteren technischen Vor-Ort-Themen
 * Sorgfältige Dokumentation von Anschlüssen, Geräten und IT-relevanten Änderungen
 * Fehleranalyse und Behebung von Hard- und Softwareproblemen direkt vor Ort
 * Unterstützung bei Deployment- und Patching-Prozessen, einschließlich Software-Rollouts und Software-Patching
 * Administration sowie kontinuierliche Optimierung des Asset-Managements
 * Mitarbeit an IT-Projekten
 * Durchführung von Mitarbeiterschulungen
